Champions Gallery

We aim to create a pictorial and pedigree record of every UK Great Dane Champion. As you can imagine this is a huge undertaking but we feel as one of the leading Great Dane Clubs with a long history that we should be charting the development of the breed over the years.

We aim to start with the current year and steadily work back through the archive to produce this magnificent record of the breed.

What is a Champion?

Champion is a Title.

The title of Champion often shown as Ch for Great Danes can be added to the name and is entitled to be described as Champion if the dog has been awarded three Challenge Certificates (CC's) under three different Judges.

If in the case of a young dog receiving three CC's before 12 months they cannot use the title of Champion until at least one of the CC's is awarded after they reach 12 months.

We need your help. You can submit the data by using the Champion Page Submission Form to the right.

You can even upload the photo and copies of the pedigree.

We need the following

The year your dog became a champion is not shown above? Don't worry, submit the details now and we will build that year.
